Place is called Lençois Maranhenses. These dunes of super-fine, white sand taking up more than 380 000 acres is allegedly the only stretch of desert in brasil. I was there during the dry season, but during the wet there are hundreds of pools of crystal clear waters that form between the dunes. It was still pretty neat.
